Viva Aztlan Festival 2009: Although a year has past, our 15th Festival was magical.


Here are the highlights of what went on at 2009’s festival, including mariachi and dance workshops for all ages and levels, children’s and adult’s competitions, the Annual Folklorico Showcase presented by Edinburg Parks and Recreation Dance Team from Edinburg, TX. As well as an outstanding Mariachi concert headlined by Mariachi Los Arrieros from El Paso, TX.
